Refund and Returns Policy

    At Mamma’s Food, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable nature of food, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

    1. Replacements:

    • If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
    • Replacements must be requested within 1 hour of receiving the order, along with photo proof.

    2. No Refunds:

    • We do not offer refunds for any order, whether partially or fully consumed.
    • Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to deliver the order due to an internal error.
